The Job Comes First
A useful hire discussion starts with the task and its surroundings. We focus on the working position, the people and materials involved and the route the equipment will take. The aim is a clear request that a suitable local firm can assess and quote accurately.
We cover commercial maintenance, fit-outs, construction and planned building works across London. Our guides explain the differences between the main access options without assuming that one model suits every site. Availability, specification and final hire terms are confirmed for the individual enquiry.
A Clear Scope From The Start
Tell us whether your business needs equipment only, an operator or help understanding the available options. We ask for your agreement before sharing your enquiry with a suitable local firm. The proposed supplier and its hire terms should be clear before any booking is made.
We make no claim to a particular fleet size, accreditation or trading history. Any equipment documents, operator competence records or insurance requirements should be checked with the proposed supplier as part of your procurement process.
Standards Belong In The Plan
Work at height should be planned under the Work at Height Regulations 2005. Equipment use and lifting arrangements also need consideration under PUWER 1998 and LOLER 1998, as applicable. Your competent site team remains responsible for the arrangements it controls.
Before work starts, agree the selected machine, operating limits, site responsibilities and emergency arrangements. Our hire questions and MEWP selection guide help you prepare that discussion.
